The house has been renovated with particular attention to sustainability: only natural materials have been used, priority has been given to zero-kilometer materials and products, the floors of the rooms are made of parquet from certified forests and the house is equipped with a photovoltaic system and is certified in energy class A. The space Casa San Grato consists of 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a professional kitchen with a mobile stove for cooking outdoors. Each bedroom has been designed and furnished in a completely unique way, in perfect harmony with the shades and exclusive character of the outdoor spaces. All rooms have air conditioning with independent regulation. There is also satellite TV and Wi-Fi. There is also a space for storing bicycles.
