Second Bathroom is located down the hallway (next to washer and dryer ) and comes with standing shower. The Balcony has a sliding glass door entrance and offers a great view of the surrounding neighborhood, palm trees, and sunset. Enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze while having a barbecue! Carpinteria Train Station is just a short one minute walk away from the condo. Despite being so close, the trains do not give off an obtrusive sound and our neighborhood stays very peaceful and quiet. You may take the train towards Ventura or Santa Barbara and explore the thriving areas! **The Train station parking lot also has electric car charging stations. Downtown Carpinteria is just one block from the condo. You can easily take a leisurely walk to your nearest coffee shop, bookstore, or restaurant! Visit the famous Robitaille's Candy store or check out Island Brewing Company, one of the most popular spots in town, well known for their award winning craft beers.
