In the Val D'Orcia DELUXE apartments, you can relax in the middle of nature in a spacious and very welcoming house. The house is equipped with everything you need (including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, wifi, Playstation) and has large outdoor spaces with a swimming pool, gazebos, LCD TV, tables, and sofas. You will be followed by booking until your arrival with all the useful information and of course we will always be at your disposal throughout the stay. We look forward to seeing you! The space The house is easily accessible from the paved road, has a large entrance, a convenient parking lot and is surrounded by greenery and nature. *In our vacation homes, all expenses are included in the booking price including the booking portal fee, cleaning and tourist tax.* Our homes are super green! We carefully choose only cleaning products that are not harmful, we do not use plastic bottles that we have replaced with glass carafes, we do not have air conditioners, we have replaced single-dose shampoo, conditioner and soaps with reusable containers, we have class A appliances and energy-saving lighting, we only use 100% cotton linens and we also use only natural products for the gardens. Guest access Guests will have free access to the apartment, the large fenced square where they can conveniently park their car, the large gardens, and the swimming pool (from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. from June 10 to September 10). The large outdoor spaces and the pool are shared only with another smaller house, but the gardens are very large and have gazebos, tables, benches, LCD TVs, sofas, wifi, etc., both on the front of the house surrounded by plants and on the back of the house, so that everyone has their privacy and can also comfortably eat outdoors in total relaxation! Other things to note Ours is a place where guests come to relax, so we kindly ask you not to have parties and make excessive noise during the day, and we kindly ask you to lower your voice from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
