The cozy cottage accommodates 14 people in the five bedrooms plus one full-size futon in the playroom. The lakeside facing kitchen is fully stocked. The dining area has two dining tables seating for 12+. Amenities include outdoor shower and use of Weber grill. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and utensils to feed 20+ people. Plus, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, griddle, blender, rice cooker and crockpot! Outdoor toys such as canoe; badminton net and corn hole. Indoor amenities include foozball table; board games and puzzles. The spacious backyard is a gentle slope to the dock/lake. Wonderful for families to play and relax! The house has high-speed internet/WiFi throughout. Roku in multiple rooms. Indoor/outdoor speakers with device plug-in. Handicap accessible. Parking in front of home for multiple cars. Covered dock with chairs and tables. Swimming right off dock with ladder. Fishing off dock is great! You may notice early morning fishermen on their boats near our dock. No access to outdoor shed and locked closet/cabinets in dining area. We can be reached at anytime by cell phone. We are 1 and 1/2 hour drive from the lake house, but have wonderful neighbors in case of emergency. Located on a quiet road. Nearest grocery store (Piggly Wiggly) is on main street of Littleton about 15 mins drive. Two waterfront restaurants by Eaton Ferry bridge which is approx 20-25 mins drive or 20-40 mins boat ride from lake house. Several shops and chain restaurants located in Roanoke Rapids, approx 20-25 mins drive. Plan ahead as grocery stores and restaurants are not close. Bigger grocery store (Food Lion) near Eaton Ferry Bridge or Super WalMart in Roanoke Rapids about 20-25 minutes drive.
