The house was built with granite walls typical of the area and the historic center of Olbia. Being careful to preserve its main features, we reused the stones left over during the work to build a front wall embellished with hand-forged iron gates and railings, We created a large front veranda, enriching it with granite arches and pillars. We embellished the interior vaults with exposed wooden beams and opened up glimpses in the walls both externally and internally to highlight the stone. We have built a new upper floor, yet to be completed, with the exposed roof completely made of wood. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy, and can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people. Guest access Guests can take advantage of the entire environment, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, oven and gas stove included. Parking is public and free, usually easily located in front of the house or a few meters away. Other things to note Small pets are allowed free of charge if requested in advance and if they are well-behaved. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor veranda or in the living room. You must comply with the rules of separate collection and not leave waste in the house at the end of your stay.
