Located on the 3rd and top floor of a typical Toulouse building (without a lift), the studio offers a quiet and peaceful setting, while being in the heart of the iconic Carmes district. There is no elevator, but the old wooden staircase contributes to the atmosphere of the place. Once at the top, you will discover a small peaceful cocoon, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city. ⸻ 🚇 Easy to get around: • "Carmes" metro station (line B) located about 100 metres away, or a 2-minute walk ⸻ 🚗 Parking: If you come by car, the Indigo car park "Parc des Carmes" is about 80 metres from the studio (less than 2 minutes walk).
