Perfect location for walking, water sports, and/or for couples needing a relaxing or romantic break by the sea. Dellside has a lovely open-plan living and kitchen area. This in turn opens on to a conservatory-style dining area which is flooded with light. The apartment has a fabulous and very modern shower room with power shower and a lovely double bedroom. Outside there is a small, private and sheltered south facing court yard on the ground floor as well as a small private balcony area on the first floor to enjoy the sunshine. Perfect for sitting out drinking cold beers or chilled wine with a meal on warm evenings. There is a seasonal coffee shop and 2 pubs in the village with two fish & chip shops located directly on the sea front. Dellside is perfect for walkers, with spectacular coastal walks starting from the front door. The apartment is well stocked with maps, routes and walks to suit all abilities and levels. Safe external storage for bicycles. Guest access The apartment is self-contained and situated on the first floor, on the south side of the owners’ home. It is accessed via the guests private entrance and up a dedicated external flight of stairs. The stairs are steep so are not suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is a very good mini-market in Scurlage (two miles) and another at Knelston Texaco (four miles). Sainsburys, Asda and Tesco all deliver. Dellside is a first floor apartment, access by an external flight of stairs with bilateral handrails and is not suitable for wheelchair access.
