Abhaya's House

My home location is just behind the US Embassy. There are other embassies also located nearby such as Brazilian Embassy. The Japanese Embassy is just 1.8 Kilometers from my home. Its a safe & peaceful residential area. Taxis are easily available. On an average it cost USD 2.5 to commute. It's near to different tourist locations. There are 2 Super Markets that is just few minutes walk from the home. Essential amenities like uninterrupted power supply, hot water, Wifi is available 24/7. The space Its a two and a half storied bungalow in the area of 3500 sq.ft of land with parking space for atleast two vehicles. The room that we are renting out is on the 1st floor which has a private access to it. The room is well carpeted and well furnished with a queen size bed and a big wardrobe. It has an attached bathroom to it and also a private balcony. A kitchen has been newly built to cook your own food. The room gets good sunlight throughout the day and is well away from the noise of traffic. Guest access There is a separate private balcony that the guest can use for them exclusively.
