Home away from home. Lovely garden cottage situated in quiet, park like Welgemoed, one of Cape Town's northern suburbs. Ideal base from where to explore the Cape Peninsula. 20 minutes from Cape Town, Waterfront and Stellenbosch. Beautiful views. Comfortable, tastefully furnished and completely private. Surrounded by trees and vast open space. Perfect for a small family or couple. Suitable for longer stays. Close to Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic,Panorama Mediclinic and Tygerberg Hospital. The space Comfortable large one bedroom flat with separate open plan lounge/kitchen area. Separate scullery with a washing machine. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin (as well as a stunning view) .There is a queen size bed and a single bed in the bedroom and another single bed in the lounge area. Kitchenette with microwave, freezer/fridge, two plate stove, microwave oven, washing machine and all utensils. Private outside barbecue area with beautiful view. Flat screen DSTV and free wireless internet included. Ample free and safe parking on the premises. Cleaning service available upon request and additional cost. Linen and towels provided. There is an air conditioner and heaters to ensure that guests are comfortable at all times. We have two loving dogs which love guests and kids but are not a nuisance. The space is suitable for 2 adults and two children or 3 adults. Please note that I do NOT host 4 adults. Guest access Guests have free remote control access of the garden and driveway. Excellent security. Not separate entrance, but complete privacy guaranteed. Plenty of safe storage for bicycles or motor vehicles and trailers. Other things to note Welgemoed is 2 min away from the N1. It is the ideal base from which to explore the entire Cape Town and Winelands area. Tygervalley shopping center is 5km away. Local shopping center with PnP and Woolworths foods 1 km away. Several beautiful mountain biking trails in the vicinity. Wine tasting and excellent restaurants close by. Owner can gladly assist with advice on biking and hiking in the area and general sightseeing.
