Our fully furnished unit is located in the heart of Resort World Mla. It is near Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal3. Well provisioned and centrally located, no need to look further.Whether for business or pleasure, Manila's key landmarks are at your doorstep. It is very accessible to any modes of transportation. We have designed the unit to accomodate upto maximum of 4 persons. The space This 42 sqm apartment was designed to provide a cozy homey feel. It is equipped with the ff: -1 bedroom -1 Queen-sized bed -2 Air conditioning unit -Heated shower -1 sofa bed -1 Four-seater dining table with complete dining set -1 Refrigerator -1 Electric kettle -1 Microwave -A fresh towel is provided for every guest. For stays longer than three (3) days, two (2) towels will be provided for each guest Centrally located in Pasay City, it is practically within 15-20 drive to major points of interest. Taxi and jeepney stops are just a few mins walk. Just across the compound where the apartment is located, a grocery store, convenience store, and a McDonald's store maybe found. More restaurant choices may be found at Resorts World which about 10-15 mins walk from the apartment. Guest access Guests will be given complete access to the entire apartment during their stay. They may also access the pool. Other things to note for travelers arriving from terminal 3 their is a free shuttle service from the airport going to resorts world manila. from the drop-off you can walk going to the unit. Once you booked the place I will give you specific directions on how to reach our place. -Pets are strictly not allowed in the premises -The queen-sized bed can comfortably accommodate two (2) adults, and 1 child -sofa bed can accommodate (2) adults -There are no curfews BUT pls keep the noises down especially at night since we have neighbors and we don't want them filing a complaint against us -Always make sure to turn off the lights and AC when you leave -Always make sure that you lock the door when you leave -When you use the dishes/utensils, please wash it -Just behave like any guest would in a host's home :) Should you have any particular requests, please let us know, and we will try our best to work it out.
