Enjoy easy access to Melbourne CBD with nearby transportation. Along with many entertainment and events being held around the city. The space The space is great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. This place has an open spaced living room, dining and kitchen area. Cozy living room with a comfy sofa, installed air conditioner/heater and tv for guests to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, fridge, oven, and all basic utensils and condiments. There is a dishwasher beside the sink with washing tablets supplied that is easy to use and will help save you some time cleaning. In the bathroom there is a bath tub with standing showerhead, a sink and toilet. Clean bath towels, face wash and toiletries will also be provided for guests. A washing machine and drying rack is provided for guests who may be staying longer or for those who needs a quick clean wash. The house has 2 bedrooms. Room #1 is a queen bed for 2 people Room #2 is a double bunk bed for 4 people and single bed for 1 person. All rooms have blanket and pillows provided. All Guests will have unlimited access to wifi. Other things to note Parking: As the property does not have a designated parking space, please inquire in booking if parking is required during your stay. We can arrange parking permit vouchers for off-street parkings at an additional cost per day.
