The house was completely renovated in 2020 and has all the amenities and comforts for a pleasant and family friendly stay. A Spa is installed in the garden with sea view, is at your disposal - functional all year round! The space A chic cabin: this is the vision we wanted to achieve by completely renovating this house. With its 80 m2 wooden terrace on stilts overlooking the sea and the beach accessible in 5 minutes by a pedestrian path below, you will experience unforgettable moments with your family. The interior was designed in a natural, simple, chic and functional spirit. The living spaces have sea views and the master suite faces the sunniest terrace. The main floor of the house is upstairs (living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The lower part on the ground floor is independent and is dedicated to the laundry room with an additional bathroom and toilet. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house: - The upper floor includes the main entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, large terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. - The garden level is a separate floor from the top accessible from behind at the bottom, with an external access door. This floor is dedicated to the laundry room if you want to wash some things during your stay and also has an additional bathroom and 1 toilet. We keep the garage and 2 closed rooms downstairs to store our personal belongings.
