Cozy room in the basement of an apartment building

The room is NOT in an apartment with other people. It is located next to 4 other hobby rooms in the basement of the house. So you have a lot of privacy. I am usually on site and there for you when you need help or have a concern. From SBB train station, you can take tram number 10 to Ettingen in 30 minutes. The property is centrally located and only 3 minutes from the tram and bus station. Shopping is several minutes' walk away. The space The room is in the basement. The bed is 180 cm wide. The bathroom is right next door (on weekdays, the bathroom is still partly used by physiotherapy customers during the day) During your stay I am always available by text or phone. My native language is German. I'll try my best to communicate with you in English as well. Other things to note For your safety, all public spaces are under video surveillance. The cameras are clearly visible.
