5 bedroom townhouse sleeps up to 10 free parking

I'm looking forward to welcoming you to my lovely townhouse.....a bright, airy space, which is ideally suited for a group of co-workers, friends or family. We have recently re carpeted the entire ground floor and the kitchen has new flooring so there is no longer a crack in the kitchen floor tiles as per some reviews. The house is modern and is in a quiet residential area. This house has a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY. No using the garden area after 10pm. The space The property is situated over three floors providing ample space with 5 comfortable double bedrooms and a cot. Great public transport links makes it an ideal place to stay; there is ample parking for multiple cars along with two dedicated parking bays. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk away with buses running every 10 minutes or so into the city center. The journey takes about 10 -15 minutes, it's even quicker by taxi. Lidl and Aldi are within easy walking distances, the latter of which has just opened a new store just two minutes walk away; all ready for your stay! Guest access The house is large and spacious with all the facilities you’ll need for a short or longer stay. The whole house is yours for the stay. You must keep noise to a reasonable level while using the house and garden. Please be advised this property it has a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY. No using the garden area after 10pm.(22:00) No excess noise from guests at property after 10pm. Other things to note Safe residential area. 2 Dedicated parking spaces and plenty of on street parking. 2 min walk to Aldi and bus stops. No Parties or group gatherings at the house. NO USE OF GARDEN AFTER 10pm. Keep noise to minimum levels while in the house.
