Sea Vista at The Annexe @ Westhill Cottage

Enjoy a relaxed stay in Point Howard, at the start of Eastbourne. Looking for something different? Our beautiful Ian Athfield designed home, has a self-contained annexe with its own entrance. Admire the stunning harbour views that take in the harbour entrance, the Eastern Hills and Wellington City's coastal suburbs. On a fine day the Kaikoura range peaks can be seen. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:) The space The Annexe is a studio above our garage. There is a flight of internal stairs to navigate. Whilst there is a bench, microwave and fridge in the kitchenette, there is no hob or kitchen sink. Please note there is no outdoor access from the Annexe. Cars both big and small, and small vans and campers can fit on our car deck. Big camper vans will not fit and there is no parking on our steep narrow road. Other things to note Please book your dates carefully! We do not change dates for guests on a current booking. Bookings need to be cancelled and rebooked. Airbnb charges apply, however we are happy to credit our refund to your new booking once the cancellation period has passed.
