Room A : ceiling fan, a/c , matrimonial size bed and fold down couch , shared bath ,clothes closet with shelves The space This 3 bedroom house is ideally located just 1 block from Coco Beach and 3 blocks from downtown Playas del Coco.It is an easy walk to downtown and is only 100 meters from the beach.It is a convenient location for beach lovers , scuba divers, fisherman, sailors and surfers . Surfers can go to well known WITCHES ROCK by boat from Coco Beach or Tamarindo and other spots are only 1 hour away by car ..The house has a private fenced in yard and parking area, an outdoor shower and is a regular spot for viewing Howler Monkeys and birds .The Orange House is right across the street from the HOTEL PUERTA DEL SOL . The hotel does offer delicious meals and has great nightlife and a whole slew of other activities . The pool can be used by restaurant patrons . There is one private room with a private bathroom. There are 2 private rooms with a shared bathroom. All rooms are fully enclosed with locking doors. Each room contains a small closet for belongings and effects. The large outdoor covered patio is a great spot to have outdoor meals or a get together, There is parking for 1 or 2 vehicles in front of the house. Additional amenities are available upon request.
