This is a brand newly built home! We have taken room hosting to a whole new level! We are excited to share with others and the community! This is a 2 story, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home! You will of course have access to two bathrooms, one of them conveniently located right in front of your bedroom. The second bathroom will be on the first floor. Also, so you will have access to the dining room, backyard, community pool, and hot tub. The space This Airbnb is 9 miles from Escondido, California and 15 miles from San Marcos, California! We are located only 11 miles from the San Diego Safari Park Zoo. We are located only 12 miles from the Palomar Medical Center, 15 miles from Scripps Medical Center, 16 miles from Palomar College, and only a 30 minute drive from Temecula! We are a 10 minute drive from Valley View Casino and 14 minutes from Harrahs resort and Casino! Guest access Guests have access to the microwave, refrigerator, patio, private bedroom, shared clean and spacious bathroom, private bedroom closet, beautiful community parks, dining room, pool, hot tub, Netflix, WIFI...! During your stay We enjoy socializing with guests and meeting with them face to face. We love to give recommendations to the area and fun things to do! Other things to note Using the kitchen by guests causes noise, smells, and conflicts between other guests while they are staying at our home. Even some of the guests do not leave the kitchen totally clean after using it. We have had several guests that have started fires in the kitchen by accident in different opportunities. For these reasons the kitchen is excluded from Airbnb due to safety for all of our guests and for our own personal belongings. Still we are offering the use of plates, silverware, cups, microwave, fridge, and sink.
