A beautiful tropical entertaining house perfectly set up for a family to enjoy. This luxurious house, with a pool and large level backyard, is in the leafy suburb of North Balgowlah, only ~7 minutes from Manly and the Northern Beaches and easy reach to the centre of Sydney. The home backs on to bushland, providing for unparalleled privacy. Time spent on the back deck is reminiscent of a resort getaway. The space The house offers seamless indoor/outdoor entertainment focused living. The open plan living area comprises a spacious kitchen with a butlers pantry, dining space and lounge area with fireplace. This opens on to an extensive covered deck with dining table, BBQ and lounge area with a TV. The deck flows down to a (heated) swimming pool with a day bed and outdoor shower, onto a lush backyard, big enough for a game of backyard cricket. Spend the afternoon watching kids play in the pool, or relax with a good book in the hammock under the palm trees. All rooms upstairs have ceiling fans (except for disconnected fan in Bedroom 3 with the loftbed) and the house has air conditioning as well as central heating.
