Thanks to perfect transport links, a spacious kitchen, plenty of storage space, a washing machine and a high-quality sofa bed, you can also live here for a long time. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Leipzig Gründerzeit house. It is about 40 m² and consists of a spacious hallway with dressers and wardrobe, a large bathroom and the combined living/sleeping room including an open kitchen. The apartment is perfect for business people traveling alone or for a couple. The living/sleeping room includes a large wardrobe with hangers, 1 comfortable sofa bed with a real mattress (160x200), a cozy armchair for relaxing and a TV. Fresh bed linen is of course provided. The room can be completely darkened for restful sleep by pleated blinds on the windows. The high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay: ceramic hob with 4 plates, sufficient dishes and cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, mini oven, large fridge-freezer combination (freestanding), coffee maker (espresso and thermo press pot), milk frother, blender. Dish towels, rags, kitchen roll and organic cleaning agents are at your disposal. If something is missing, let us know! You can enjoy breakfast or dinner at a small dining area. For a perfect start to the day, the bathroom includes a bathtub, which is equipped with a rain shower and shower curtain, as well as plenty of storage space for your utensils. Hand & bath towels, organic hand soap, hairdryer, and toilet paper are available. If you would like to stay longer, no problem: we have also thought of a washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner and there is plenty of storage space for your things. And for an intermediate cleaning, organic cleaning utensils are available. Guest access The apartment is on the raised ground floor of an apartment building. Access to the house is only possible for residents and guests with the appropriate key. Other things to note • Children of all ages are welcome! • Smoking is not permitted. • Pets are not allowed.
