The space Not a fancy place , my studio is part of an old flat , based on accessibility, practicality and comfort. Guests have the entire space with own private entrance . It’s situated in a residential area and a walking distance to Al Ain Mall , shopping centers, restaurants , banks and mosque . We’ve taken extra care to prepare a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay. The unit is thoroughly disinfected and ready for you to relax and feel at home. As the area can occasionally experience sandstorms, some dust may naturally accumulate over time. To keep the space fresh and pleasant—especially for long-term stays—we offer complimentary cleaning service twice a month (2 hours per session). We’re happy to help arrange a convenient schedule for you. If regular upkeep is not maintained and the unit is left excessively dirty, a cleaning fee may apply to cover the cost of deep cleaning. During your stay, you’ll have full privacy and all the comforts of home—you can cook your favorite meals, do your laundry, and enjoy the space at your own pace.
