This tastefully decorated home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and amenities to make you feel right at home. The open-plan living space combines the dining area with a balcony. Groups of 6 or fewer who are respectful of the space and community are welcome. Extra personnel will be charged RM50 per head. The space The interior design is inspired by our love of nature and culture, some of the furniture and lamp collection are sourced from sustainable, raw, organic, natural rattan materials that are ethically made by amazing skilled artisans mainly from Southeast Asia region which were designed by us (checkout our IG: @kantankollektiv) :) You’ll love our place because of: - Recently renovated modern and stylish apartment - Free Unlimited Wifi - Free Netflix to relax and unwind Location - one hour’s drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), the condo is nestled in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. Sentul is an up-and-coming suburb, which filled with a lot of culture and several historical landmarks, and located only 15 minutes away from KL City Centre (KLCC). The Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen with 750mm wide three burner cooktop, 600mm wide electric oven, twin sinks and front loader 7kg washer. The 400 litre fridge freezer is ample for long or short stays. So if you’re tired from all your activities and just want to stay at home and cook, it is all there and ready to use. The Bedrooms - There are 2 Queen bedrooms both with large windows for natural light, one with ensuite bathroom. The third room is fitted with a single bed (or 2 single bed upon request). Do note that air-conditioning is only provided in the 2 Queen bedrooms as well as the living room. Dining - located beside the kitchen with a table and chairs of six. A highchair is provided for your little one. Bathrooms - toilet and shower area is separated by a glass window making the toilet and basin a dry area. Guest access Complete access to the house and other facilities provided by the condo (swimming pool, playground, gymnasium, tennis court, badminton court). Area is guarded by security 24 hours. Other things to note There is a camera installed to maintain security of the property. The camera is located above the front door, pointing away from the house, looking up the house grill. The camera is used for the purposes of confirming arrivals and departures at the house and to actively deterring unauthorised entry to the property. The camera is used for no other purpose.
