This delightful three bedroom house is the perfect seaside escape. Fully self contained, this home covers all your basic needs. Well decorated and with all of your holiday requirements considered, this beach house is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends wanting to get away. Located in the second estate in Venus Bay, the area is well known for its coastal beauty and nature walks. Guest are encouraged to aim for a low environmental footprint and minimise waste and tank water usage. The space It's not often that a home stikes the perfect balance between providing plenty of room for socialising and recharging while still maintaining the privacy of its guests, but this holiday house does that. A comfortable lounge setting and dining table big enough for 6 people make this place great for shared meals or movie nights. It also boasts a large undercover veranda, perfect for quiet cups of tea or a glass of wine; all while you enjoy the beautiful surrounds. A generous backyard is perfect for the children to run around in when you're not at the beach enjoying the sun and sand. The house is walking distance to Anderson's inlet and a quick drive to Beach Number 5. It is also a close to Fish Creek where you can enjoy boutique shops or brunch at one of its quaint cafe's. Further along is Wilson's Prom - home to some of the most picturesque day walks in Victoria. Guest access Guest will able to access the entire home and it's contents. Some cupboards do have locks, as when it isn't occupied by guests, the house is used by the owner. Other things to note Please be respectful of the house and grounds, I would appreciate guests who recognise this is a home away from home. Please tidy up after yourselves and be kind to environment and be conscientious of tank water being used. Linen provided and towels / hand towels and bath mats.
