This is a totally self contained master bedroom suite with a private entrance. Included is a posturepedic California king mattress, walk-in double shower and double sinks. There is also Verizon Fios TV, WIFI a small refrigerator, microwave, and a kruger coffee maker. The AC and heat is also self contained in the room and controlled by the guest. This is a new construction addition which is a totally self contained master bedroom suite with a private entrance. It's very private and quiet. Feel free to use the back deck right outside your private entrance. There is a remote to control your personal AC and heat as you wish. You will have your own entrance and the room is locked off from the main house. I live in the main section of the house if you need anything. I’m always happy to help! This is a quiet residential neighborhood. A few restaurants and bars are within a few miles. The nearest metro station is Ballston and East Falls Church, which is about 2.5 miles away. The metro bus, or the ART to the Metro is about a 2 minute walk from the house. There is free parking directly in front of the house, and is never an issue. There are steps.
