Lovely, light garden studio in minimal style but with clean, contemporary comfort. Kitchenette (fridge, sink, kettle, toaster), separate shower room and ample wardrobe space. Small patio area with outlook to large garden. Ample parking. Perfect village location to enjoy nearby Bath, Frome and Bradford-on-Avon, Longleat and so on. Tranquil views of our large garden and patio furniture available during the warmer months of the year. The space The annexe is a lovely studio space at the end of our garden - ideal for the short break away and perfect for couples or solo travellers but there is also space for a travel cot. We have plenty of parking and access from the ample gravel driveway is through the gate in the hedge. There are no steps to navigate and double french windows into the studio. The annexe has a small patio area and we put out a small table and chairs in the warmer months where you can enjoy your breakfast coffee or evening sundowner when the weather is kind. There is a small kitchenette area with a fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and glasses for drinks. There are also side plates, bowls, cutlery, corkscrew and a bread board for basic self catering. Rode is a pretty Somerset village 20 mins drive south of Bath, so we're perfectly situated for sightseeing and shopping, without having to be in the hustle and bustle of the city. Guest access You can access the area immediately around the annexe and can come and go as you please. Other things to note Once you're here, all you really need to do is kick back and relax! For your first morning, we provide a simple breakfast of granola, fresh bread, breakfast spreads plus coffee, a selection of teas and some fresh milk. We can heartily recommend a few places that offer a wonderful breakfast, all within a 2 minute drive. We have compiled a folder of useful information about the surrounding area and this can be found in the studio; bus timetables, taxi firms, local pub phone numbers and so on, as well as some areas of interest that are worth a visit nearby.
