Honeybird Cottage - the House

Honeybird Cottage is a fully equipped house that offers comfortable, private, self-catering accommodation for 6 people (queen + bunk bed + 2 singles). This is a traditional lived-in house of a retired architect and artist. Quiet Street, Views over lagoon to Heads. Walking distance to local pub and easy access to the N2 Main Road, close to everything Knysna offers – The Heads, Pezula Golf Course, and 25 minutes drive to Plettenberg Bay for those who want to explore beaches further afield. The space This house has 3 bedrooms for 6 people (suitable for 4 adults and 2 children). It has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. It also includes DSTV, WiFi, Allsound Armed Security. The big main bedroom with TV has a Queen size bed, a walk in dressing cupboard and a shower-in-bath en-suite. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds with its own TV. The 2nd bathroom is directly across the hall from this bedroom (bath only with separate toilet). The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed that is suitable only for children up to 16 years. The 3rd bedroom has its own little en-suite with shower and toilet. The big lounge has more than enough seating place for all the guests and a TV with full DSTV. There is also a dinning room table that can accommodate 8 people. There is a little breakfast nook that can accommodate 4 people. PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate flat on the property (sleeps 2) that can be booked separately for a separate fee (Honeybird Cottage - the Flat). Guest access Please note only one vehicle for the house can park inside the property. If you come with more than one vehicle it will have to be parked outside in front of the house. There is a laundry area behind the house. This is shared by the house and the flat. Please be sensitive to the other guests' privacy when using the shared laundry. Please note that that house and the flat shares the same Wifi. Wifi may be restricted at multiple use. Other things to note Please take all valuables out of the vehicle when parking. There is an alarm to be activated every time you leave. Cleaning services, while you are staying, are available on request, with an extra charge, with 24 hours notice.
