Comfortable three-bedroom retreat just minutes from the center of the Town of Manlius, about fifteen minutes from downtown Syracuse. Modern amenities and a peaceful setting -- on a private 30-acre property -- make this a nice base for a family visiting the Manlius / Syracuse area. You get the house to yourself. You will use a keypad to enter the garage. The kitchen, living room, dining room and three bedrooms are yours to enjoy. (The basement, detached garage and several closets are locked.) I live nearby and am just a call away. Bordering Manlius but technically in Pompey, our neighborhood is very private and peaceful. The nearest grocery store is Tops, about five minutes away. Also within five to ten minutes are Mill Run Park (great for walking dogs), Pratt's Falls (pretty), and "downtown" Manlius, with restaurants, bars, an ice cream shop, Dunkin Donuts, Burger King and so on. The driveways are expansive; there is plenty of private parking (cars, trailers, boats, etc. will fit.) Regarding Corona-virus, it was our policy even before this hit, to wipe doorknobs, faucets, countertops, switches, etc. with disinfectant after each guest. Bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets, hand and dish towels get laundered after each guest. wipes, hand sanitizer and other cleaning supplies are really available for guests. Winter note: There is a slight grade to the driveway. Anyone used to driving in snow will have no problem, but those from other areas (with, say, rear-wheel drive and worn treads) could have an issue.
