Sage House Patara w/ high speed internet

A beautiful holiday apartment set in the traditional Turkish Village of Patara. Sage House is a perfect holiday house for both summer & winter as it boasts high speed Internet (40 mbps) making a working holiday possible. Sage House is only a 25 minute walk to the stunning 12km long Patara Beach. This walk takes you through Patara’s large archeological site. Sage House is also located on the historical Lycian Way and has views stretching over the village. The space Sage House is a one bedroom holiday apartment with an ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and separate utility room. The spacious kitchen/ living room leads onto a beautiful breakfast terrace which has views over the village. The living rooms holds a double sofa bed making the apartment ideal for couples and families with young children. We provide tea, freshly ground coffee, thyme, home dried chilli, our own olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar in the kitchen. We also provide washing tablets and fabric softener, toilet roll, kitchen roll and general cleaning products. For winter guests who wish to use the wood burner we provide the first basket of wood for free. We also accept pets at Sage House. The back garden is fully fenced but the front outdoor space is not so dogs should be kept on leads in the front garden but are free to roam in the back. We ask all dog owners to collect and dispose of their dog’a waste and not to leave it in the garden. We often have children staying and so keeping our garden clean is a huge priority. Sage House is a private holiday apartment. Next door to Sage House is another one bed holiday apartment called Lavender House (also available on Air B&B to rent). For larger parties both apartments can be rented at the same time to accommodate up to 8 guests. The houses have separate, private outdoor areas which are fenced off.
