The Kandy House is a lovely private residence available for your exclusive use (just you - no other guests!). Just a few minutes out of Kandy centre (2.5km), the house affords stunning views within a peaceful setting. Whether just for a few nights or longer term as a base to explore Sri Lanka’s hill country and cultural triangle, the Kandy House is your home away from home. Ideal for a couple, or small group or family, can sleep up to 6 comfortably. Full kitchen for self catering, Two modern bathrooms with hot water, washing machine, library and games, small swimming pool and garden to relax. Access: Please note that the house is at the bottom of a short steep lane and there are stairs to access all floors. No air conditioning: Please note that there is no air conditioning in the house. There are fans, which we find to be adequate for Kandy's climate - warm to hot days followed by cooler evenings.
