Near the splendid beach of San Ciprianu, located in a peaceful hamlet, 'A Gioia' is a high quality family villa for max 12 persons in a garden with centennial olive trees. It has a private heated pool, a large wooden deck and nice views. Our location is ideal and away from the congested traffic areas seen around Porto Vecchio and south of Porto Vecchio during the high season and gives an easy and quick access to the beaches (5mn by car) and small grocery shops in nearby places. The space 'A Gioia' is a superb villa of 180 m2 with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Garden of 1,800 m2 is fully private, planted with Mediterranean species and centennial olive trees. The villa has a heated private pool (9m x 3.6m x 1.5m depth), a 350 m2 wooden deck, an outside shower and WC, and a space to play "petanque'. Possibility to park 3 to 4 cars inside the property. The villa is typically set for families with 3 main bedrooms with queen/king beds and 2 bedrooms organized as children dormitories. The villa has two staircases, four bedrooms are on the first floor and one on the main floor. A Service Conciergerie is accessible. Guest access Minimum rental period is one week, rental saturday to saturday check-in 16:00, check-out 10:00 is prefered during peak seasons but we may have flexibility. If another set-up is required, please check feasibility with us for validation. Property can accommodate with parking space inside the property for 3 to 4 cars. The villa is rented in a 5 bedrooms configuration for the peak season July - August for 12 persons, ideally 6 adults-6children. Two of these bedrooms have been designed as a children dormitory.
