House rules Before booking please understand that this property in in a quiet residential zoning. - No parties allowed - Quite hours after 9pm - If neighbours complained and local council gets involved a $600 penalty applied. -We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds. -The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts. -$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house. -$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation. -$50 per key replacement Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly.
