Ty Clyd is a beautiful bungalow in the idyllic bay of Tresaith, West Wales, just 0.6 miles from the beach. Offering a large private terrace with hot tub, three stylish bedrooms (one en-suite), a family bathroom, and a spacious open-plan living area, it’s perfect for families, groups, and walkers alike. Set in peaceful rural surroundings, with a nearby footpath and direct access to the Ceredigion Coast Path, it’s an ideal base for relaxation and adventure. The space The bungalow is set on a single level and can be accessed via the front door or through the double patio doors from the balcony. Inside, the property features a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, with a hallway leading to three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Surrounded by open fields at the rear, guests can relax on the balcony, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy alfresco dining on the outdoor bench. Other things to note 1. -Please do not allow pets on the furniture. 2. -Please clear up after your pets promptly and dispose of waste correctly. 3. -Please do not leave your pets alone in the property at any time, under any circumstances. 4. -Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. 5. -Please leave the property in the same condition as it was found. 6. -Please clear away all kitchen equipment and please do not leave any washing up on departure. 7. -Smoking anywhere in the property will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by smoking will be at the expense of the guests. 8. -Please treat the facilities and accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice any damage in the property please let us know immediately so that we can take appropriate action. 9. -If there have been any breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could replace them or notify us before you leave. 10. -The accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged from your damage deposit for any loss or damage found. 11. -Please lock the doors and close the windows when you leave the property unoccupied. 12. - All linen and towels are provided for your stay (please bring your own beach towels). 13. -Sun lounger cushions are stored in the box on the patio, we kindly ask that they are returned to the box and not left outside if it is raining. 14. -All linen is to be stripped off the used beds before checking out (protection bedding can be left on). 15. -Our maintenance team will collect your rubbish, however, we do ask you to separate your rubbish using the appropriate bags and bins provided. Please contact us if you're unable to locate these. -Once your inside bins are full, please place them in the big wheelie bins that are located outside the property. There is a small food waste caddy bin and a black glass box alongside the big wheelie bins outside. -Please dispose of all dog waste correctly before departure. There are dog waste bags provided inside and a small dog waste bin located outside. -Please ensure ALL dog waste is placed in the correct bin outside. -Please do not put glass in any of the bin bags, glass must only go in the glass box provided. Our local council will not collect the bins if waste is not disposed of correctly, which means our maintenance team will have to sort through the bags. Please make sure to recycle correctly using the bags provided. Failure to do so may result in a fee charged through airbnb Hot tub maintenance will take place from 7am daily to ensure use of the facility throughout your stay, this should not disturb any guests. On the day of departure hot tub maintenance will begin any time from 7am which means the hot tub will not be available for use on that morning. We perform a full change of water at each changeover to comply with health and safety regulations, which means we cannot guarantee that the water will reach full temperature by check-in. We kindly ask for your patience, the water should be up to temperature by the following morning. We would like you to enjoy your stay as much as possible. Hot tub rules - - High temperatures can cause drowsiness, unconsciousness and heat stroke. -Please shower before entering. -Use the steps provided to enter and exit slowly. -Ensure swimsuits are worn at all times. -No jumping or diving. -Please ensure children are supervised at all times. -No children under 5 years are permitted to use the hot tub. -Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions. -Do not use the hot tub whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. -Please do not enter if the water temperature exceeds 40 degrees. -Do not bring glass near or into the hot tub. -Please ensure jets are turned off after use. -Please ensure the cover is replaced correctly when not in use. -Please do not exceed the maximum number of people. -Please do not sit or climb on the cover. -Please let us know if you do not wish to use the hot tub during your stay.
