WELCOME to the Südviertel – the central district in Essen Our apartments on Walter-Hohmann-Straße in Essen's Südviertel / Zentrum district are ideally located to quickly reach the city center. THE APARTMENTS: Our modernly furnished apartments in the Südviertel are divided into three categories and are suitable for one to four people, depending on the design. The space THE FACILITIES: All apartments were newly renovated and completed at the end of 2020. Depending on the category, they are about 40 sqm to 60 sqm. The apartments are excellent for solo travelers, couples, families as well as craftsmen. Travelers appreciate the central location. Our rooms and upholstered furniture are cleaned with an air and cleaning system as part of the cleaning process, so we can guarantee you a mite-free mattress. Our apartments are therefore very suitable for allergy sufferers. You can also expect: Kitchen: The apartments have a large kitchen/living room or a separate kitchen with dining table. (Depending on the category). The kitchenette is equipped with everything necessary for the catering of one or more people. This includes, of course, a refrigerator, small freezer, hotplates, toaster and a kettle as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, but also cutlery, dishes and cooking utensils. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub, towels, hand soap and a hairdryer. Bedroom: Maximum comfort in a stylish ambience – that's what the bedrooms should offer. The apartments have one to two bedrooms, each with two single beds or an additional single bed or a sofa bed. In total, one to four sleeping places are available per apartment. Bed linens are of course available, as well as closet space for clothes and accessories. Living room: Each living area has a TV and a comfortable sofa. Of course, there is a table that can be used both as a dining table and as a workplace. The tasteful furnishings are designed to allow our tenants to relax comfortably after a busy day.
