Three of the bedrooms have king size beds (in two of them there is a possibility for a sofa bed as well) and the other two have two individual beds each. Each room is equipped with a flat screen with a satellite TV, directly connected to the internet and an HDMI cable is available. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a fire place as well The living room and the dining area spread over 75 sq.m. There is a large wood burning open fire place, a big flat screen with a satellite TV which can be connected to a Wi Fi equipment (karaoke enabled as well) if a big party is to be thrown. The dining area can host up to 16 persons and the modern kitchen is adjacent to it. This space opens to the covered terrace with the barbecue and a dining table. In warm days meals can be served outside on the terrace for all guests. The living area disposes of three large sofas and two armchairs in front of the fire place. The SPA features 45 sq.m. of relax area where up to six beds can be arranged around the wood burning open fire place covered with Himalayan salt bricks creating a loosening and easing environment under the sound of a Harman Kardon speaker. In the evenings the discreet lights behind the bricks of the chimney, the lights in the floor and the flames of the fire can make the place quite mysterious. The steam bath and the sauna can fit up to four persons at a time each. The SPA opens from two sides through the large glass doors to the garden and in just ten steps you can get in the 4 x 5 m jacuzzi with hot spring water at 37-39 degrees Celsius all year round and enjoying the magnificent garden and mountain view. The 45 sq. m. living and relax area on the second floor can be also used for a meeting room and has a large flat screen with a satellite TV and HDMI cable, suitable for presentations. It also has a balcony to enjoy the stunning view towards the mountain or just have some fresh air and feel the greatness of the open space. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house 24 hours a day, including the Spa with the sauna, the steam bath as well as the outside hot spring mineral water jacuzzi. Free parking in the yard or the garage is available. There is a 100 Mbit Wi Fi access throughout the whole facility. Other things to note Food can be ordered from the numerous restaurants in Bansko and the other surrounding villages, however, we are recommending upon request two of the best catering facilities in the area which can provide a waiter on request as well. Different activities like horse riding, hiking in the surrounding mountains, riding bicycles, ATV and enduro motorbikes can be organized against an additional payment and booking in advance. The ski slopes are just 30-40 min away whether you take the gondola lift from Bansko or drive up to the ski station.
