Beautiful, bright apartment with private bathroom and balcony

Hello, I am renting a very nice, bright- and fully furnished room with private bathroom (shower & toilet & large window) and a large balcony in Heidelberg. The space The apartment is equipped with everything you need when you're on the go. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and all kitchen utensils to cook a little something for you. There is also a washing machine and the possibility to dry and iron your laundry. A wardrobe, a very comfortable sofa bed with latex mattress and slatted base. Everything is very comfortably furnished. Guest access Balcony, Hallway, Staircase, Bathroom. During your stay The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed zone, so it is nice and quiet. Since Heidelberg is a cycling city. I provide my guests with a very good bike (for a deposit of €500) with 27 gears and Shimano shifting. This will take you to the old town in 15 minutes. Or: Bus and tram nearby. Very good parking. Shopping is within walking distance in a few minutes. I would be happy to show you my city, as well as Schwetzigen and Mannheim or whatever you would like to visit.
