Unique and creative house close to Copenhagen city center!

Welcome to our unique, creative oasis! Our house has a ground floor area of 100 sqm, with a total living area of 120 sqm. The house is set in a lush, small garden in a garden association, centrally located on Amager in Copenhagen, with easy access to the city centre by metro, bus, bicycle, or car. The house accommodates up to four adults or a family of five: two adults and three children. The space We rent out our house during holiday periods throughout the year. The house has high ceilings and a large, open-plan living area. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, conventional oven, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker. Dining table seating up to seven people. Living room with fireplace, corner sofa, and TV. The house has three bedrooms: • A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). • A children’s bedroom with a bed (120 x 190 cm) plus an extra mattress (90 x 200 cm) if needed. • A youth/teen bedroom with a bed (100 x 200 cm). Please note that there is an open connection between the ground-floor bedroom and the children’s bedroom. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. Outside the house, you’ll find a small private garden with a cozy terrace and a sunny corner with a climbing frame. The garden faces south. The house is located in a garden association with many different small houses side by side, each with its own small garden. We live 4.5 km from City Hall Square and only 3.4 km from Christianshavn (10 minutes by bike). The nearest metro station is Sundby, a 5-minute walk away. Bus 33 runs from Englandsvej to City Hall Square in about 20 minutes. Free parking is available on the roads outside the garden association. The house is therefore not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
