Denver/Lakewood Home away from Home!

We have created a large 2 bedroom suite in the lower half of our house. It is an entirely separate space with a separate entrance. Floor space is 1300 SF. You will be comfortable here for a few nights or several weeks! We are located just off the highway heading west to the mountains. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away and Red Rocks is less than 15 minutes from us. We are located a few blocks away from the Belmar shopping district, which is a great outdoor mall. The space The suite is a completely separate living space with its own entrance. We have installed an electronic lock to enable entry at all hours. The suite contains 2 large bedrooms both with queen beds and a large living room and dining area. Total space is 1300 sqft. Your suite comes with your own full size kitchen with all the amenities of home. Kitchen contains gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stacked washer/dryer. Wifi is also provided. We do live in the upper 2 floors of the house and have two young children. We try to ensure we are quiet, but there can be noise above you at times. Please consider this before you book. Guest access Guests have their own separate suite in the lower half of the house. Your stay will be completely private unless you need any help. Your entrance has an electronic lock which will be coded for you in advance of arriving. Other things to note You will have your own parking in the driveway on the side of the house where you enter if you are traveling with a vehicle. **We are dog friendly, but do charge a pet cleaning fee and dog must be pre-approved. Pre-approval requires confirmation that you have read and accepted our pet policy under the house rules section of listing. ***No marijuana on the premises. ****We do live in the upper 2 floors of the house and have two young children.
