The room is located on the second floor of a renovated farmhouse and has its own private bath and locking room door. The room shares front porch use and access with two other guest rooms in the house. Guests have access to the front porch and back yard. Please note that the back deck is reserved for the private use of our Apartment guests. We are delighted to help you discover the Finger Lakes, but also understand that some guests are looking to explore on their own. Please reach out for any assistance before or during your stay. We are located minutes from dozens of wineries on the Seneca Lake East Wine Trail, the Finger Lakes National Forest and Watkins Glen State Park. The house is located right on State Route 414, so you may hear some road noise during your stay. Public transportation is limited out here, so having your own car is essential. There are many limo and coach services for hire in the area if you are interested in hiring a driver for the day. Uber has recently come to the Finger Lakes, but may have limited availability. The Guest House is located right next door to one of the most popular restaurants in the Finger Lakes, the Stonecat Cafe. You are literally a step away from a delicious dinner, a seasonal sip in our Bar or a freshly prepared lunch or snack. The room has a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and Netflix The Stonecat cafe, directly next door to the guest house, occasionally hosts live music (which may be audible from your room). Please visit the Stonecat website for information on any music events during your visit! Please note the room is located on the second floor and there is one flight of stairs with handrail to access the room.
