Dom Pod Lipami - eco guest house

Dom Pod Lipami is situated in the beautiful village Blatnica, in Slovakia (Velka Fatra National Park, within walking distance of the Gaderska and Blatnicka Valleys, famous for its walks and cycling). The space The guest house is tastefully furnished and architecturally inspired by traditional Slovak buildings of the Turiec Region and contemporary modern design. Old folklore furniture and the use of traditional local architecture in combination with modern design give a great character to this wooden guest house. The eco message is reflected by the usage of natural materials such as straw bales for insulation together with a traditional “pec” wood burner. The accommodation is on a self-catering basis, but as we live next door we are there to help you with whatever you may need. If walking, skiing, cross country skiing, cycling, rock climbing, horse riding or simply relaxing reading a book or spa hopping is your thing, come to us to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guest access Dom pod Lipami is a semi detached property, adjoining the owner's house. Each has its own external entrance door for your complete privacy from the main house. It has 2 floors, living room and kitchen on the lower floor and 2 bedrooms with views and a bathroom on the top floor. It sleeps maximum of 4 people. The guests have access to the outside seating area and the garden. Other things to note We charge 60 Euros per night for 2 people, 80 Euros for 3 people and 100 Euros for 4 people. Min. stay are 2 nights. A welcome basket is included in the price for stays of 4 nights or longer. It includes: fresh orange juice, milk, bottle of water, butter, bread, jam, coffee, tea, bottle of wine or Slovak beer. Any additional provisions you require for your stay can be bought for you prior to your arrival for additional charge.
