This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 2 minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you want to do! The space We are near the boardwalk and beach. The atmosphere is very safe and quiet around nighttime. There are countless restaurants, bars, and amusement parks near the area. The best thing about our property that keeps our customers returning is the fact that we are a short walk from the beach! Large 2-bedroom apartment with big living room, full kitchen, full equipment, 2 bathrooms parking,wifi and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollars eating in. The balcony comes with outdoor comfortable furniture. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV and one pullout couch. One bedroom has two double beds and a bunk bed and the other one has a queen bed and a single bed The apartment also includes two full bathrooms. In addition, the guests will have to walk up one flight of stairs to access the apartment. The outdoor camera is in the parking lot and in the office. Guest access Access to the entire unit. Other things to note The office will be located in the same complex as the apartment units. There the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit per person. The security deposit is 200$ for the other group. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers check or cash at arrival. .Please note, that guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries.
