The Landrum Beach House

The Landrum Beach House is located in the heart of horse country just minutes away from Tryon International Equestrian Center and FENCE. The space Our little beach house has been decorated with the Abaco's in mind. The house is completely furnished with high end comforts including a gourmet kitchen. We are minutes to anything and everything you might need. This area is full of wonderful places to visit. Horse lovers will love us because we are just 6 minutes from FENCE, and 22 minutes from the new Tryon International Equestrian Center. The bedroom has two high end memory foam mattresses and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for two more guests or someone who wants to sleep on a queen size. There is a laundry room, shower (no tub) and should be everything you need for a short or long stay. There is a pub table which seats 4, a comfy chair and sofa in the living room. Plenty of closet space and drawers. Two sets of flatware as well as two sets of dishes and usually paper cups and plates. You will find TP and paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and automatic dishwasher soap as well. We try to leave small shampoos and conditioners in case you have forgotten yours. Guest access Let us know where you want to go and what you want to do. We are pet friendly for well behaved pets. There is a large private yard for walking on a leash. Pets must always be on a leash outside with a person attached at the other end.
