The Annexe

The Annexe is a great self-contained apartment available for short breaks and holidays, in a former sandstone quarry in the gardens of our home . Situated in the beautiful Cheshire countryside you can also easily get to the historic city of Chester, just 6 miles away. It has an upstairs double bedroom but can sleep up to 4 with an easy pull-out sofa bed downstairs. Kitchen equipped with cooker , hob and fridge with a dining table and four chairs. Open plan lounge with tv , DVD , stereo The space We are based in a rural location but have a watersports lake and adventure trail close by, with bar and restaurant. There’s a gastro pub in the next village and Delamere Forest is a short distance with great walking and mountain biking trails. Our village is also on the Sandstone Trail. Guest access Although we’re in the countryside there’s easy access by car to the centre of historic Chester with its shops, restaurants and racecourse. If you don’t want to go all the way into Chester there are good local shops and places to eat close by. If you do fancy going a little further afield the M56 and M6 network provides easy access to Manchester and Liverpool. Other things to note Please be aware The Annexe is part of our family home and although a separate building we still have neighbours. With this in mind we would ask you to keep noise levels to a minimum and respect our space.
