L'Ecurie holiday home in Lairoux is a stone-built cottage set on one level and with panoramic views over the Marais Communal wetland valley. Perfect for family holidays - swimming pool, games room & garden - even bring your dog with you. Also great for couples who would like to explore the area - on bike or by foot - lots of lovely country lanes to explore. Comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, plus a baby in 2 bedrooms. Comfortable lounge with leather sofa & armchair, plus wood burner for the cooler winter months. Wi-Fi access inside and outside on the terrace and in the pool area. Ideal location for family holidays - only a 15 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to Luçon with lots of shops and restaurants. You will have full access to the house , plus shared access to the games room, swimming pool, gym and gardens. We live onsite, so are there to offer help and support should you need it - plus the odd glass of local wine! L'Ecurie is located in the small village of Lairoux The village is set on the egde of a natural wetlands area - with lots of birds and wildlife to see - ideal place for birdwatchers and nature lovers. A car is needed as the nearest shops are a 10 minute drive away and the beaches are 15 minutes away. There are miles of signposted walking and cycling routes in the area. We have one other holiday cottage on the same site. This house is non-smoking. Pets are allowed in the house, but not on the beds. The house will be clean and tidy for your arrival and it should be left in the same condition.
