This non-smoking private room is ideal for someone on short assignment or vacation but wants a home away from home with a kitchen and space to move around. This common space is sometimes shared by other guests. My house is quiet and safely tucked away in a hideaway neighborhood. We value cleanliness and respect and welcome those who also follow the same. Tysons is a great place with a lot to offer. My house is walking distance to shopping, entertainment, restaurants. Many things are within a one-mile radius including the metro. 24-hour supermarkets/pharmacies/gyms are all nearby. Guest access You have access to all common area including kitchen, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, laundry, sitting room, bathroom. Patio in the backyard. During your stay I am happy to communicate via this platform via messaging only, schedule permitting during reasonable hours to assist with your needs. Please do not ring doorbell or knock. Other things to note House Rules at Tyson's Oasis Please realize this is my home and you are a guest along with other guests. Therefore it is necessary for these rules to be established upfront. If you do not have any reviews or have bad reviews, you must message me first before putting in a Request. My check in time is also strictly after 4 P.M. Your profile photo must match your official valid photo IDs. We will not accept bookings on behalf of another individual, you may be turned away if you are not the same person who booked the reservation. You must also provide a working phone number. Check-in time is strictly after 4 pm and Checkout is Strictly By Noon, you will not be able to arrive early because we have scheduled cleaning and getting the place ready. You will not be able to hang out after check-out time or leave personal items. You must message me the time when you have replaced the keys in the lockbox at checkout. Violation of checkout time will, unfortunately, incur an extra day charge. This charge is not an extension for an additional day's stay. You are trespassing after checkout time. If you leave personal items after checkout time and hinders servicing and cleaning, they will be removed. If your delay causes rescheduling fees from the cleaning service, it will be charged to you. If your delay causes the next guest to be refunded or re accommodated, you will be responsible for the amount of the refund and compensation and or the cost of any business loss from that reservation. All correspondence with me will be done via Airbnb, not phone or text or knocking in person. Upon arrival: Send message when you have parked in front of the house. Do not ring the doorbell or knock on the front door. 2 forms of current photo identification will be required at check-in. Please take off your street shoes and put them on the shoe rack by the door. House slippers provided at the door. Please clean up after yourself, wipe up any mess you make, wash dishes and put them away as you use them, wipe down stove immediately after each use, wipe down counters. Be aware and be considerate of others at all times. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Do not leave food out. Do not leave trash uncovered. Use the trash can for kitchen trash and close the lid each time. Refrigerator in the kitchen is for Room 1 and Room 2 guests only. The suite has its’ own small fridge. Lock your room and the entrance door when you leave and when you are here. When you are away, Turn Off all electrical items including all lights, water, stove, A/C. Do not leave laptops on the bed plugged in. Pay attention to any potential fire hazard. Lock your room door and secure any valuables, not responsible for lost items. Guests-only common areas are shared with other potential guests, this includes the sitting area, kitchen, and laundry, and entrance. Cleanings are done bi-weekly if your stay is more than 2 weeks you will need to pay the same cleaning fees for any additional cleanings prior to check-in. Additional cleaning is available upon request at the same fee. No unregistered overnight guests, pets; No smoking, vaping, tobacco, drugs, illegal activities, drinking, partying, loud noises in or around the property. No parties or events, burning of incense or candles or anything that causes smells, including cooking with strong spices or odors, or anything that may be a fire hazard. Violations will incur a minimum $200 fine for each occurrence. Occasional overnight after 10:30 pm guests of yours must be registered with full name and ID via this app. A $30 per person per night will be charged. Guests are expected to maintain good housekeeping and to keep the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Take out trash and recyclables and place them in the large receptacle and recycle bin by the garage. Trash pickups are Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycle pickup is Mondays. Do not wait for the other guests to do it. If you notice it, just take it out on your way out. Guests agree to not damage property in any way and will be held liable for any damage. Guests will leave the property in the same clean and neat general condition as when they checked in. Guests will wash any dirty dishes and put them away. Guests will observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Shared bathroom for Room 1 and Room 2 must be kept neat without leaving personal artifacts. Be considerate of the other guest who is also using the same bathroom. Flush the toilet and check to make sure the bowl and seat are clean. Use the toilet brush in the bowl if necessary. Towel racks are provided in your rooms. Liquid bath soap is provided for guest convenience to avoid soap scum. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of rekeying the lock. Lost towels and linens will be charged for replacement set costs. Make sure you take all belonging at checkout and double-check for top, bottom sheets, 2 pillowcases, 3 piece towel sets, and replace keys in lockbox.
