The space Villa Nico is composed externally by a private road leading to a large private parking in front of the Villa and a garden with heated Jacuzzi, gym equipment, lounge, solarium and outdoor shower. In the back a comfortable laundry room. Inside the villa is divided on 3 floors: Ground floor composed of: - dining area and living room with sofa, TV and air conditioning. - Kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave oven and coffee machine. - bathroom with shower. Villa Nico is adjacent to the host's house and Casa Aive, the other holiday home, so respect for the neighbours is required.
