Villa Nico is an ancient 19th century farmhouse, wisely restored by the architect Nicolò Chiavetta. The Villa has a modern and welcoming style and includes all the comforts: swimming pool, jacuzzi and sea view. Located just 200 meters from the sea, it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or simply as a base for visiting the entire coast from Palermo to Cefalù. The space Villa Nico is composed externally by a private road leading to a large private parking in front of the Villa and a garden with swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, gym equipment, lounge, solarium and outdoor shower. In the back a comfortable laundry room. Inside the villa is divided on 3 floors: Ground floor composed of: - dining area and living room with sofa, TV and air conditioning. - Kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave oven and coffee machine. - bathroom with shower. First floor: - bedroom with double bed, TV and air conditioning. - bedroom with double bed, TV and air conditioning. - bathroom with shower and bathtub. Finally the second and last floor includes a bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning and a reading corner, with a large panoramic terrace. Guest access Villa Nico is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note On arrival you will be asked for your documents and the signing of the contract as per national regulations. Villa Nico is adjacent to the host's house and Casa Aive, the other holiday home, so respect for the neighbours is required. The farmhouse is next to the train station, at night no trains pass by, but during the day you may hear them. Pool maintenance is usually performed on Wednesdays and Saturdays around 9 a.m. You will be notified if it is scheduled for different days. the swimming pool is open from 1 April to 31 October.
