VILLA “SETTANTA” is a 1970s design villa designed by a well-known Veronese architect. All furnishings are authentic and signed by the designers of the time. Villa Settanta is surrounded by a gently sloping garden, with breathtaking 180-degree views of Lake Garda. The area is residential, surrounded by greenery, and a few hundred meters away are various shops and restaurants; on foot you can reach the delightful village of Cisano with its lakefront. The space The villa is about 250 sqm, built on three levels connected by internal staircases. The 1000 sqm garden is planted with olive trees and Mediterranean essences, flowers and colorful bushes; the private pool, with heated water on request, overlooks the lake amidst olive trees. Entering from the front door you access the main level of the house: entrance, with dining area and two living rooms: one living room with two sofas and fireplace, the other with sofas, TV and bar area. From the living room and dining room you can enjoy a lake view through the large windows on all sides, from where you can access a large panoramic balcony, equipped with tables and chairs, where you usually have lunch and dinner. Behind the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen (gas stove with 4 burners, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) with a direct balcony overlooking the garden. The "tavern" is located on the lowest level and is connected by a staircase; there is a large ping-pong table, sofas, two of which are single sofa beds, a bathroom with sink, toilet and bidet, and a washing machine. The "tavern" has direct access to the swimming pool, garden and large porch equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue and a fireplace. The sleeping area is on the upper floor of the house, also with a beautiful view of the lake. A double bedroom (double/king), convertible on request into a double with single beds, overlooks a large panoramic balcony. On the same panoramic balcony is another double bedroom (double/king) with the possibility of an extra bed or crib for babies. On the same floor, there is a full bathroom with shower. Another double bedroom (double/king), with the possibility of an extra bed or convertible on request into a triple with single beds overlooks another private panoramic balcony. A last double room (double/king), convertible on request into a twin room with single beds (twin) overlooks the garden. On the same floor is the second full bathroom with shower.
