Villa Settanta is a 1970s design villa designed by a well-known Veronese architect, with original period furnishings. 1000-square-meter garden with olive trees, private pool overlooking the lake and 4 bedrooms for 10 guests. On foot you can reach the village of Cisano and the lakefront. The space The villa is about 250 square meters, built on three levels connected by internal stairs. The 1000-square-meter garden is planted with olive trees and Mediterranean essences, colorful flowers and bushes; the private pool, with heated water from April to October, overlooks the lake among the olive trees. Entering through the front door, you enter the main level of the house: entrance, with dining area and two living rooms: one living room with two sofas and fireplace, the other with sofas, TV and bar area. From the living room and dining room, you can enjoy the lake view through the large windows on all sides, from which you can access a large panoramic balcony, equipped with tables and chairs, where you usually have lunch and dinner. Behind the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) with a balcony directly overlooking the garden. The "tavern" is located on the lowest level and is connected by a staircase; there is a large ping-pong table, sofas, two of which are single sofa beds, a bathroom with sink, toilet and bidet, and a washing machine. The "tavern" has direct access to the pool, the garden and the large porch equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue and fireplace. The sleeping area is on the upper floor of the house, which also has a beautiful view of the lake. A double room (double/king), convertible on request into a double with single beds, overlooks a large panoramic balcony. On the same panoramic balcony there is another double bedroom (double/king) with the possibility of an additional bed or cot for babies. On the same floor, there is a full bathroom with shower. Another double bedroom (double/king), with the possibility of an additional bed or convertible on request into a triple with single beds, overlooks another private panoramic balcony. One last double room (double/king), convertible on request into a twin room with single beds, overlooks the garden. The second full bathroom with a shower is located on the same floor. Each room has independent air conditioning. There is space for three cars inside the gate and two private outdoor parking spaces.
