1 Bed apartment with Queen bed and Queen Futon in livingroom, hardwood floors throughout, full kitchen and bath with all the necessary essentials to enjoy your stay. Smart outlets for your electronics placed throughout. Coffee maker and other small appliances included. You will receive a personal 4 digit code to unlock your door. Owner lives on the floor above the apartment. Laundry available in town. Not wheelchair accessable. The space The rules: No guests overnight night that aren't booked in advance. ***$15 per guest over 2 guests per night, maximum of 4 guests total*** Please remove your footwear. No smoking and no pets. Please keep the noise to a minimum and any extra guests out between the hours of 11pm and 7am. ***If spills occur on the floors, only use SOAP & WATER to clean*** Please wash your dishes. Wipe down all appliances and surfaces you use including the stove. Place all dirty linens in laundry hamper provided. Recycle in bin provided under the sink- Glass- plastic- aluminum; rinsed of food or liquid. Report any maintenance issues immediately. There is an A/C. There is no shared air. All units are Air independent as required by law. The apartment is 2/3rds underground gound and stays cooler if kept closed when its hotter outside. Guest access Guest have a covered patio/ walkway area outside their door and chairs are provided. Access is from the corner of N Lincoln St where the pavers are and on E 4th Ave complete frontage of the property, not blocking the mailboxes for delivery and facing the direction of traffic. Other things to note Be sure to check out the Hot Springs in the surrounding area, meet the locals and they can give you great tips and directions to some out of the way places. The Kitchen is a work in progress. The Landscaping is not up to par. It will get better as soon as we figure out this area and the maintenance of it.
