Simple apartment, but very well located, 300m from Av. Beira Mar, the city's largest tourist spot, where the 5-star hotels are located. Also a few minutes' walk from the Varjota Gastronomic Center, with its dozens of bars, restaurants, candy stores, etc. All rooms have a ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, 1 covered parking space, are on the eighth floor, are well ventilated, and have a balcony and ocean view. Electric shower in 2 of the 3 bathrooms, TV and sofa in the living room and kitchen equipped with basic items. The space The apartment has 4 bedrooms, one master suite with 1 queen size bed + 1 single bed. There is the possibility of putting up a hammock as well. There are 2 bedrooms in the hallway, 1 with 1 queen size bed and another with 2 single beds. A bathroom in the front serves both bedrooms. The last room is a small suite in the kitchen with 1 single bed. The apartment features a laundry room, a full kitchen with basic items, Wi-Fi, 1 covered parking space, a living room with TV, a sofa bed, a dining table and a pleasant balcony overlooking the sea. Guest access I provide the key to both the apartment and the building and control of the gate for use of the small and medium-sized car parking space. Other things to note Bringing people from outside the apartment is not allowed. No parties in the apartment or noise at any time. When leaving, leave the apartment as similar, in terms of organization, to how it was received. Wash used dishes, turn off lights, and flush toilets. Trash is the host's responsibility.
