The Orus Patio

Located in the Vicdessos Valley, in a beautiful little flowered village, the Patio d'ORUS is south-facing and faces the Montcalm massif. Architect's house in the mountains of 220 m2, with an inner courtyard and a non-adjoining garden. The Patio is ideal for stays with family, friends or even colleagues! Indeed our house offers large common living spaces but also more intimate bedrooms and spaces. The space Initially, the Patio was only a maisonette and two barns that were refurbished by a couple of Toulouse architects, today the house consists of: On the ground floor: _ A large entrance with storage + a cellar, _ A bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom _ An inner courtyard serving as a patio (with a barbecue area) On the 1st floor: _ a perfectly equipped kitchen and dining room with an old bread oven serving as a cellar, _ A 50 m² living room with a pellet stove, and a wrought iron staircase to reach the 2nd floor, _A very large master suite starting with an office space, then a mezzanine on which is the sleeping area, then, under the mezzanine is a balneotherapy bathtub, a walk-in shower and a dressing room. On the 2nd floor: - Two bedrooms, one bathroom, one game room Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the entire house. Other things to note We have two additional options available for you: - loan of bath towels for all persons, charged €100 - bed linen loan for all beds, also charged €100.
