It is ideally located away from the hustle & bustle of the main street but close to lots of fantastic amenities. It is just 3 minutes drive to Kooringal Mall. It is 14 minutes drive by a simple & direct route to Forest Hill RAAF Base & just 11 minutes to Kapooka Army Barracks. Walking distance to beautiful Lake Albert or a few minutes drive to Wagga Golf Club & Boat Club. The space Your space is peaceful & private. Everything you need is provided for your stay - you just need to bring the wine & your personal belongings. 1 or 2 bedrooms available for your stay. Guest access There is free parking on the property with enough room for 2 vehicles. It is off the road & secure. Any additional vehicles are not permitted without prior discussion, this includes additional guests visiting you while you are staying at The Gums, or work trailers etcetera. Other things to note Self check in is available & lockbox details will be forwarded to you once you book your stay.
