Apartment with garden near beach and Zoo

Apartment with sleeping alcoves on the 1st floor with direct access to a shared garden with sea view, seating area, barbecue, playground right outside, 10 min walk to the beach, 10 min by car to the city center and 10 min to the Zoo. Table tennis table. In summer (May-September) we offer access to a hot tub with sea view. Note: We follow Airbnb's guidelines on disinfection of furniture and surfaces in connection with Covid-19. The space 1 double bed frame mattress 150 cm wide, 1 single fold-out bed + 1 double bed on a made-up sofa bed (in the living room). NB The beds are in a sleeping alcove that is separated from the living room with a thick curtain (without a door). Guest access Access to garden with BBQ area, playhouse, hammock and lounge garden furniture, private outdoor area with table and chairs. Use of the Jacuzzi is by appointment (only in summer). Desired water temperature is agreed upon. Other things to note We speak English, Polish, German, French, Spanish. The house is from the 1970s and some creaking noise from the floor construction on the floor above may occur.
